All these Contempt Petitions allege contempt of the order passed by this court dated 25th October, 2018, by which the Government was directed to take decision within a period of three months from the date on which the authenticated copy of the order in Writ Petitions is produced in the office of the Principal Secretary. 2.

The Contempt petitioner brought on record letter dated 16th November, 2018, by which he produced the copy of the order dated 25th October, 2018 in the office of the Principal Secretary. 3.

The learned AGP, on instructions from Mr. Dange, Under Secretary, Revenue & Forest Department, who is present in the court today, makes a statement that within a period of two months from today, the State Government will decide the matters. 3.

By recording this statement as undertaking, all Contempt Petitions stand disposed of.
