The Learned Counsel for the Appellant Mr. Kiran Jain on instructions seeks withdrawal of the above Appeals from Order. The Learned Counsel further states that the Appellants who are the original Plaintiffs would also withdraw the Suit Nos.2590 of 2014 and 2591 of 2014. In view of the said statement made by the Learned Counsel, the above Appeals from Order are accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and BGP.

(29)-AO-399-16 & 401-16.doc dismissed as such. In so far the suits are concerned, the Appellants may approach the Trial Court with a copy of this order and the Trial Court may accordingly permit them to withdraw the suits. The same to be done within one week from date.
