It is the submission of Mr. Vipul Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant that the Applicant is 71 years old and is in need of the suit premises. Mr. Bhatkar, learned Counsel appearing for the original Appellants states that he has no objection if the hearing of the Second Appeal is expedited. 5.

As the Respondent is senior citizen of 71 years, the hearing of the Second Appeal is expedited and the same be listed in the final hearing board commencing from the week of 10th July 2023. To be shown in the category of 'Senior Citizens'. 6.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
