The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner on instructions of the Petitioner states that though belatedly the order dated 8th March, 2016 passed by the learned 4th Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Malegaon has been acted upon and the seized weapon has been returned to the Petitioner. We accept the said statement. Hence, no case is made out of any deliberate or willful breach of the order of this Court as well as the order of the learned Magistrate. Hence, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
