After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions from the Petitioner who is present in person, seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to submit a fresh Application to Respondent No.1 for extention of age of retirement from 60 to 62 years. 2.

With the aforesaid liberty and keeping all contentions open to the Petitioner, leave as prayed for is granted. VRD 1/2

In case the Petitioner submits such Application, the Respondent No.1 shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two weeks from the date of receipt of such Application.

With the aforesaid, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and stands disposed of.
