1] This is an application seeking permission to travel abroad and for return of passport during the said period. 2] The earlier applications preferred by the applicant for travelling abroad were allowed by this Court and last such application was granted by an order dated 2nd April 2016. 3] The applicant is desirous to go abroad and in particular at Dubai from 13th April 2019 to 19th April 2019 and will come back India on 20th April 2019.

osk 35-appp-445-2019.odt 4] In view thereof, the Investigating Agency is directed to return the passport of the applicant on or before 7th April 2019. The applicant is permitted to go abroad i.e. Dubai from 13th April 2019 to 20th April 2019 on the following terms and conditions. (i) The passport be handed over to the applicant/accused for the purpose of visa and she is allowed to travel abroad between 13th April 2019 to 20th April 2019 and thereafter she is directed to surrender the passport with the same police station.

(ii) The passport will be handed over to the applicant/accused only after she submits the complete itinerary of the places where she is going to visit, the address where is residing and the persons to whom she is going to meet.

(iii) The police shall hand over the passport to the applicant/accused on or before 7th April 2019 after they receive the itinerary.

(iv) The applicant shall return India on or before 20th April 2019 and shall handover the passport to the police on 21st April 2019.
