This is an application for intervention by the original complainant in MECR No.5/2015 originally registered with Azad Maidan Police Station, Mumbai and subsequently investigated by EOW bearing CR No.6/2016. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice I am inclined to allow the application. 2) The Applicants in B.A. No.684 of 2016 are hereby directed to implead the original complainant as respondent No.2.The said amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today and the amended copy of the application be served upon the learned counsel for the original complainant within the said stipulated period. 3) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
