None for Appellant. Even on earlier occasion i.e. on 5th July 2022, none appeared for Appellant.

Record indicates that, by an Order dated 21st February 2018, the application for suspension of sentence and releasing the Applicant on bail was rejected by this Court. The maximum sentence imposed upon the Applicant was 5 years of rigorous imprisonment under Section 16 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and under Section 489(B) & 489(C) of the Indian Penal Code (for short, 'I.P.C.').

Today the learned A.P.P. has produced a photocopy of nominal role of the Appellant from the Yerwada Central Prison, Pune. The said chart is signed by Jailor Class-I. It is stated therein that, the Appellant had paid the 1/2
Osk 6-Apeal-300-2017.odt entire fine and after completion of sentence, has been released from jail on 5th January 2019.

It appears that, as the Appellant has already undergone sentence, he is no more interested in pursuing present Appeal. Appeal is accordingly disposed off.
