The reasons attributed for delay in filing the present appeal is explained in para 4 of the application which is accepted subject to payment of costs of Rs.1000/-. Accordingly, the delay of 175 days in filing the First Appeal stands condoned on depositing costs of Rs.1000/- with the office of Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority.
