The challenge in this petition is to the appointment of Board of Administrator in place of a single person who was appointed as the Administrator. During the pendency of the above petition, a final order of liquidation under Section 102 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, has been passed on 09/11/2017 and the Liquidator has taken charge. The learned AGP tenders the said order. The said order is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. URS
