1. Heard Mr. Mone, learned Advocate for Petitioners.

2. Admittedly, both the learned Advocates appearing for parties are ad-idem that against the impugned order dated 04.02.2021 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Maval, Mulshi under the provisions of Section 247 of Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, Revision would lie to the Appellate / Revisional Authority.

3. Mr. Mone submitted that Petitioners shall prefer the Statutory Revision proceedings before the Competent Authority within a period of 4 weeks from today.

4. In that view of the matter, he seeks withdrawal of the present Petition with liberty.

5. Liberty granted.

6. It is clarified that the protection granted to Petitioners since 21.06.2021 shall stand extended for a period of four weeks from today.

7. Petitioners alongwith Revisional Applicants are also permitted to file application seeking condonation of delay in accordance with law.
