[I] The impugned order passed by the Employees Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi dated 3 March 2016 is set aside. [II] The Petitioner-Appellant shall file a separate application for waiver of pre-deposit. Such application for waiver shall be considered by the

[v] Needless to state that since the original order of the Appellate Tribunal is already set aside, there is no question of any authority taking or proceeding with any coercive steps.
