After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant the Court was not inclined to grant relief. Learned counsel for the applicant on instructions from the relatives of applicant who are present in the Court seeks to withdraw the application. However, it is submitted that the applicant is in custody from 1st December, 2018. He was principal of the School where the alleged incident had occurred. It is submitted that the Trial may be expedited.

Considering the submissions, the application is allowed to be withdrawn. The Trial is expedited. The Trial Court shall make an endeavor to conclude the Trial within six months. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.) Sajakali Jamadar
