Respondent State has filed reply. The same is taken on record. In view of the reply of the State, it is clear that the statement made in the petition that there is no reasoned order is not correct. In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the reasoned order dated 30/01/2017. 2.

With the aforesaid liberty, petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such.
