Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the Shivgan 3/4

learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Pending appeals, original accused nos.1 and 2 are seeking suspension of short term sentence of 3 years rigorous imprisonment imposed in Sessions Case No.134 of 2012 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Bombay.

In consideration of the facts of case and impugned sentence being short-term sentence, it is stayed and applicants are directed to be released on bail on same terms and conditions while they were on bail during trial but with fresh bail bonds.

Both the applications are disposed of.
