The grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of making claim before the Caste Validity Committee on 13.6.2016, the Caste Validity Committee, respondent no.2 has not decided the petitioner's claim as yet.

In view of the aforesaid, without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the petitioner's entitlement, this petition is disposed of by directing respondent no.2 Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the petitioner's claim for issuance of the requisite certificate in accordance with law, as expeditiously as

p28-wp-3914.2017.sxw possible, preferably within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Petitioner to appear before the Committee on 18.4.2017 at 11.00 a.m.

Till the petitioner's claim is decided by the Committee, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner by respondent no. 4 in pursuance of the communication dated 23.3.2017 Exh. E. 5.
