Learned Counsel for the appellant, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the appeal. She submits that the judgment and Award dated 10th November, 2014 passed by the learned Member, M.A.C.T, Islampur in M.A.C.P No.94 of 2009 has already been satisfied by the appellant-insurer.

The appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.

The respondent-claimant is at liberty to withdraw the entire amount of compensation with accrued interest deposited by the appellant-insurer.

Court fees be refunded as per the rules.

5.

Statutory deposit, if any, be transferred to M.A.C.T., Islampur.

6.

The learned Member, M.A.C.T, Islampur thereafter shall proceed further, in accordance with law, in respect of the said statutory deposit.

7.

In view of disposal of the appeal, pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
