P.C.:- The learned counsel for the Appellants submits that the parties have settled the dispute amicably and that the compensation agreed upon by the parties is already paid to the Respondents. She therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the appeal and for refund of the money deposited before the Commissioner. Statement as regards settlement and payment of compensation is accepted.

In view of the above statement, leave is granted to withdraw the appeal. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.
