The applicant is seeking time to furnish surety in accordance with order dated 10th April, 2018 passed by this Court in Criminal Application No.532 of 2018.

2.

While suspending the sentence of imprisonment, the applicant was directed to be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two local solvent sureties in the like amount.

3.

The applicant has given reasons for not furnishing the surety and now prays that the surety would be furnished within stipulated time.

In view of submission the applicant is permitted to furnish surety in accordance with order dated 10th April, 2018 passed by this Court in Criminal Application No.532 of 2018 within a period of four weeks from today.
