By this application, the applicants seek restoration of Civil Writ Petition No.11741 of 2016, which came to be dismissed for want of prosecution, vide order dated 12th December, 2017.

Perused the application. For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed. Delay of 100 days in filing the present Civil Application for Restoration is condoned. The order dated 12th December, 2017, is recalled and Civil Writ Petition No.11741 of 2016, is restored to file.
