Both the parties have tendered Consent Terms before the National Lok Adalat. Consent Terms are signed by the representative of the Insurance Company (Respondent No.2) as well as by the power of attorney holder of the Appellant present in the Lok Adalat. The Appellant/Applicant, Respondents No.2/representative of

2/2 60 FA 1594.2013 IA pvt CT.doc Insurance Company admit the contents of the Consent Terms and execution thereof. Consent Terms appear to have been executed voluntarily. Consent Terms are taken on record and marked ' X' for identification. The representative of Insurance Company assures that the amount of compensation would be paid within a period of four weeks from today.

The First Appeal and the Interim Application stand disposed of in terms of Consent Terms. The impugned Award stand modified in accordance with the Consent Terms. No order as to costs. Award be drawn accordingly.

Refund of court fees, if any, be made as per rules. Statutory deposit lying in this Court be remitted back to the jurisdictional Tribunal.
