By this application, the applicant has prayed for issuing direction to the Registry to hand over the original documents to the applicants mentioned in paragraph 1 of the application namely; [1] General Power of Attorney dated 28.04.2004.

[2] Ration Card of Ramchandra Shankar Bhoi bearing No.WA 13545.

[4] Rent payment installment slip in the name of Radhabai Shankar Bhoi.

Mr. Mhatre submitted that by order dated 26th March, 2014, this Court dismissed the Civil Revision Application preferred by applicants/plaintiffs. He states that order dated 26th March, 2014 was not challenged by the plaintiff and has attained finality. He further states that he has served copy of this application on the other side. Other side has no objection for allowing the application in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). He has tendered photo copy of letter dated 18th April, 2018 sent by him to Advocate Mr. A.N. Nasikwala and endorsement dated 20th April, 2018 made by Mr. Nasikwala. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view thereof, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c) with no order as to costs. [R.G. KETKAR, J.]
