Learned counsel for the Petitioner, upon instructions from the Petitioner who is present in the Court, seeks liberty to withdraw the petition, principally on the ground that pleadings are concluded before the Trial Court and the matter is posted for arguments.

2) Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. However, it is made clear that all contentions raised in the petition are kept open for arguments. Needless to say that interim relief granted vide order dated 04/05/2016 by this Court stands vacated. Learned Magistrate is requested to conclude the proceedings as far as possible within 6 weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
