Mr. Belge, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners in this set of writ petitions, places before us an order dated 20th September, 2022 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court while disposing of Writ Petition No. 4725 of 2018 (Pradeep Shankar Patil & Ors. vs. Security Guards Board for Greater Mumbai and Thane District & Ors.). He seeks disposal of these writ petitions in terms thereof.

Ms. Desai, learned advocate appearing for respondent no.2/Board having perused the order does not oppose disposal of this set of writ petitions on terms as contained therein.

We, therefore, dispose of these writ petitions with the following
ORDER
(i) Respondent No.2/Board shall consider the applications submitted by the petitioners on their own merits in accordance with law and in the light of the directions contained in the order dated 8th February,
2017 passed in Writ Petition No. 2939 of 2016 (Pune District Suraksha Rakshak and General Kamgar Union vs. The State of Maharashtra & Ors.) without any delay.
(ii) All contentions on merits are left open.
