DATE: 28th August, 2017 P.C.:- 1] Petitioners have filed the present Petition for directions to the Respondent - Corporation to allot plots which the Corporation has decided to allot in Tit-Bit area of MHADA near Building No.42 for their rehabilitation.

2] Mr. Limaye, learned Counsel for the Corporation submits that the Corporation has taken necessary steps for allotting the area to the Petitioners whose structures were affected in the road widening. He, however, submits that in view of the interim protection granted in 1/2

WP/3994/2017 Writ Petition No.11816 of 2016, Corporation could not proceed further. He further submits that since this court has rejected the said Writ Petition by the order of even date, Corporation shall take immediate steps for allotting the area earmarked for rehabilitation of the Petitioners in accordance with the relevant Rules and Regulations. 3] In that view of the matter, grievance of the Petitioners no more survives. Petition stands disposed of.
