Heard learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned AGP appearing for the Respondents. The breach alleged in this Contempt Petition is of the directions contained in the Judgment and Order dated 11th March 2015 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 1259 of 2013. Today, an affidavit of Nayna Suhas Gurav, Deputy Collector (Resettlement), Pune is tendered across the bar. A copy of the order dated 9th September 2014 passed by her is annexed to the said affidavit. By the said order, the claim of the Petitioner for allotment of land has been rejected.

Though belatedly, the Respondents have complied with the order of this Court, therefore, it cannot be said that the Respondents have committed a wilful or deliberate breach of the order of this Court of which the breach is complained of. 3.

Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is disposed of. Notice of contempt is discharged.

We are making it clear that it will be open for the Petitioner to challenge the order dated 9th September 2015 in accordance with law.
