The learned AGP has tendered on record a copy of the order dated 10th September 2014 passed by the Deputy Collector (Rehabilitation), Pune in terms of the order dated 11th March 2013. A copy of the said order has been supplied to the Advocate for the Petitioner. 2.

Though belatedly, the Contemnors have complied with the order dated 11th March 2013. Hence, it cannot be said that there is a willful breach committed of the order of this Court.

We, accordingly, dispose of the Contempt Petition. Notice issued to the Contemnors is discharged. 4.

We make it clear that it will be open for the Petitioner to challenge the order dated 10th September 2014 in accordance with law.
