Without prejudice to the rights and legal contentions of the applicant, the application is not pressed also in view of the fact that the main writ petition is required to be heard and expeditiously disposed, as already observed in the interim order; and the main writ petition is hereby ordered to be listed for hearing on 25th August 2016.

It is clarified that the contentions of other parties are also left open. In case the main matter is not heard on the next date of ABS

CAW 1149-2016 hearing for any reason, the parties shall be at liberty to seek, if need be, clarification of the earlier order.
