In view of the self-operative order dated 11th September, 2018 passed by the Registrar, (Judl-II) the Appeal was dismissed. The applicant seeks restoration of Appeal. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that,

Rane 2/2 CAS-480-2019 (sr.516) 25.3.2019 all objections are removed and the application for condonation of delay is also filed. In view of the statements made by the learned Counsel for the applicant, the Appeal is restored to file.
