The learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri V B KondeDeshmukh on the basis of the letter dated 26/06/2018 of Shri R S Megal - ASI of Kasara Police Station, Nashik states that charge sheet has been filed on 18/04/2018. In view of the said statement, the learned counsel for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the above Criminal Application to take appropriate recourse under the Criminal Procedure Code. The above Writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. If any application for discharge is filed, needless to state that, the same would be tried on its own merits and in accordance with law.
