After arguing for sometime, with I expressed my disinclination to grant relief, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw this application.

Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the applicant is in custody since 29th July 2016 and the trial has not yet started. He, therefore, submitted that trial is not likely to begun within reasonable time. He, therefore, prays for directions to expedite the trial.

His request is reasonable. The application is allowed to be withdrawn. The trial is expedited.
