Thus, compliance has been made with the order of this Court belatedly. It cannot be said that there is any deliberate breach of the orders of this Court by the respondents. Hence, no case is made out to proceed under the Contempt of Courts Act. The petitions are disposed of. It will be open for the petitioners to challenge the aforesaid orders in accordance with law.
