By the interim application, the Applicant seeks restoration of the Bail Application which came to be rejected for want of non-prosecution on 05/03/2021. The Court while dismissing the Application noted that on 13/01/2021 also, none represented the Applicant.

On considering the fact that for some unavoidable reason, the matter could not be attended by counsel for the Applicant, in my opinion, the interim application deserves to be allowed and the bail application be restored to its file. This, however, is subject to deposit of Rs.10,000/- by the counsel for the Applicant in the State Covid Relief Fund within two weeks from today. 3.

The receipt of such deposit be tendered in the Registry before circulating the bail application for hearing. 4.

Interim application is disposed of. Bail Application is restored to its file.
