Heard learned counsel for the parties on Civil Application No. 926 of 2016 seeking restoration of the Writ Petition No.926 of 2015 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 7.3.2016. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, we find that there was sufficient cause for the counsel for not appearing in the matter when the same was called out. In the circumstances, Civil Application is allowed. Writ Petition No. 926 of 2015 is directed to be restored to its original place.
