On the previous date of hearing i.e. on 12th July 2023 learned APP on instructions had submitted that after investigation police had filed `B' summary report. Learned advocate for Respondent no.2 had sought time and hence appeal was adjourned till today. 2.

The concerned officer is present in the Court. The victim is present in the Court. Learned APP has reiterated the submission. 3.

The copy of summary report is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In view of the fact that `B' summary report is submitted to the Trial Court, this appeal is disposed off with liberty to the Appellant to initiate appropriate proceedings in the event of any adverse order is passed on the `B' summary report.
