Mr. Kadam, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that the impugned caste validity certificates granted in favour of the respondent No. 6 was challenged by petitionerMarutirao Gopalrao Thorat in writ petition No. 2881 of 2014 and the caste validity certificate was quashed and set aside.

We have perused the order in writ petition No. 2881 of 2014. For the reasons 1/2

35-3-WP-3974-14.doc recorded in the said order, this writ petition is allowed.

Since the impugned caste validity certificates are already set aside in writ petition No. 2881 of 2014, it would not be necessary to quash the impugned caste validity certificate in this writ petition. The order passed in writ petition No. 2881 of 2014 would govern this writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
