Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants who are Appellants in the Appeal. The learned counsel appearing for the first Respondent states that though he was not aware of the filing of this Application, the first Respondent is present in the Court and he has no objection for grant of relief in terms of prayer clause (b) and in fact the first Respondent has signed this application. The learned counsel appearing for the second to eighth Respondents states that the said Respondents have no objection for grant of prayer clause (b).

We have perused the application. The application is signed by the Appellants, first Respondent and the second Respondent for himself and as the constituted attorney of third to eighth Respondents. 3.

We have perused clause 2 of the consent terms filed in the Appeal. In view of the consent of all the parties to the Appeal, Civil Application deserves to be allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). 4.

Accordingly, we allow the Civil Application in terms of prayer clause (b).
