This petition would not be maintainable before this Court as one of the respondents is a foreign company. The remedy for the petitioner would be thus to approach the Hon'ble Supreme Court by filing appropriate proceedings seeking appointment of an arbitral tribunal, the arbitration being an international commercial arbitration. 2.

Permitting the petitioner to resort to appropriate remedy, the petition is disposed of. No costs.
