In view of the same, the learned Counsel for applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to prefer fresh application thereby challenging the complaint as well as the orders dated 07/10/2015 passed under Section 319 of the Cr.P.C. by the Trial Court, if so advised. Leave and liberty granted.
Applications are disposed off as withdrawn.

It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the merits of the matter involved in the applications. The interim relief granted by order dated 08/06/2015 shall continue to operate for a period of two weeks from today.
