By way of filing this petition, the petitioner seeks direction to the concerned authority for his transfer from Nashik Road Central Prison to Central Prison at Mumbai.

If the grievance of the petitioner still subsists, he is at liberty to approach the concerned authority / committee for redressal of his grievance and the concerned authority / committee shall take appropriate decision, if not already taken, in accordance with law and in any case within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of. 4.
