The above Civil Application has been filed seeking amendment in the Writ Petition so as to challenge the conveyance which has now been executed in favour of the Respondent No.3 society. Since the said event is subsequent to the filing of the above Writ Petition as also subsequent to the admission of the above Writ Petition, the Civil Application is allowed, resultantly the above Writ Petition is allowed to be amended in terms of the schedule annexed to the above Civil Application. Needless to state that the contentions of the parties on merits are kept open for being urged at the hearing of the above Petition. Amendment in the Writ Petition to be carried out within two weeks from date. Affidavit in reply to the amended Petition to be filed within 8 weeks thereafter.
