The grievance raised by the petitioner is that on the dates fixed by the trial Court in Sessions Case No.121 of 2015, he was not produced. 2.

In case the trial, in which the petitioner is being tried is still not concluded, we direct the jail authorities to ensure that the petitioner is produced before the concerned court on effective dates of hearing. 3.

With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of. 4.
