Upon perusal of the application filed by the petitioner, it appears that the petitioner has made allegations against the judicial officer. In substance, the grievance of the petitioner is that his case is not being heard expeditiously.

In case the petitioner's case is still pending, we direct the concerned Sessions Court, Palghar to decide the same (Sessions Case No.39 of 2015 arising out of C.R.No.158 of 2014 registered with Kasa Police Station) as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of. 4.

Registry shall send a copy of this order to the Sessions Court at Palghar as also to the concerned jail authority, who in turn shall communicate the same to the petitioner.
