The Respondent No.2 has tendered an Affidavit which shows that the matrimonial dispute is settled in the Family Court and accordingly, divorce by mutual consent is also granted. URS 1 of 2

She has received back her ornaments and amount of Rs.6 Lakhs. She has already withdrawn the D.V. petition. 4.

She accepts in Court that now nothing is due to her from the Petitioners and has no objection if the FIR and criminal case are quashed and set aside.

Accordingly, on joint request, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (b).
