The petition is filed seeking direction to the Respondent to register an FIR on the basis of the Petitioner complaints dated 20th March 2017 and 21st March 2017.

Mrs. Pai, the learned APP, on instructions makes a statement that on the basis of the said complaints of the Petitioner, already FIR bearing CR. No. 133 of 2017 is registered with Borivali Police Station on 1st April 2017. Statement accepted. 3.

In view of the statement, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner fairly concedes that grievance of the Petitioner as raised in the petition no more survives. In the circumstances, petition is disposed of.
