By way of this petition, the Petitioner is seeking direction to the Sessions Judge, Kalyan, to transfer the matter, in which he is facing a trial pursuant to the offences punishable under POCSO Act. 3.

We have heard the learned APP. We hardly see any reason to consider the petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. The matter has already been assigned to the Special Court. 4.

Hence, the Petition stands disposed of.
