Considering the submission of both learned counsel, Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of. 5.

As the Applicant is behind bar since more than four years, hence, Trial Court is requested to expedite the Trial and dispose of it as early as possible, preferably within six months from the receipt of the order.
