As per the order dated 19th November, 2018, Mr.Rajeev Jain, DCP, Zone-V is present in Court. It is informed by the learned APP that he has already submitted a report on 31st March, 2018 in the High Court, Bombay. It was addressed to Mr. V.A.Dhawas, Deputy Registrar, Criminal B Section. The report was submitted as per the directions given by Division Bench of this Court on 13th December, 2017.
