DATED : 3rd DECEMBER 2021 P.C:- By the present application, the applicant/ appellant is seeking condonation of delay of 19 days in instituting the First Appeal, assailing the judgment and award passed by the MACT, Pune in Claim Petition No.426 of 2013.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant. The delay of 19 days is sought to be explained in paragraph nos.9 and 10. On perusal of the said justification, it is apparent that the delay is procedural one and has been explained. If the delay is not condoned, it is prayed that it would be to the prejudice of the applicant. On consideration of the justification offered, I am inclined to condone the delay.
