The Petitioner has within four weeks from the date of filing its representations with the Collector, filed the above Writ Petition stating that the Collector has not disposed of its representations. The Petitioner ought to appreciate that high ranking officials like the Collector are overburdened with work and they cannot be expected to immediately dispose of the representations filed by individuals. However, the Collector is requested to give a hearing to the Petitioner and/or his Advocate/s on 15 th April, 2021 at 12.00 noon and dispose of Aarti Palkar

2/2 29. WP.1093.2021.doc the representations made by the Petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of hearing. All contentions of the parties are kept open. Pending the decision of the Collector on the representations, the occupation of the subject plot by the Petitioner shall not be disturbed. 2.
